RBC MEMBER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These terms and conditions (which we will call the "Ts & Cs") sets out the rules that apply to all persons who are members of " Rich Boys Club(Rbc)". All members should bear in mind that they will be required to adhere to certain codes of conduct once they have been accepted as members. If any member is in any doubt about anything written in these Ts & Cs then they should call Rbc and ask for an explanation or obtain their own advice.
1) Who Are We
Rich Boys Club.co.uk/ richboysclub.net/Rich boys club/RBC was established in 2008 as an Exclusive Members Only Club.
Our Primary Aim is to throw the most Exclusive and Hottest Parties in the Uk with only our members and the most beautiful girls in the Uk in attendance..
Our target market are Successful and Affluent individuals from different professional backgrounds who like to Work Hard and Play Hard.
Our Secondary Aim is to also organise fun and high Octane events like Race track driving experinces in super fast cars like Ferraris/ Lamborghinis etc , sky diving, Go Karting, Paint Balling, Honey Run etc and relaxed events like Dinner Parties, casino style gaming, and other fun events.
Beyond the fun
We aim to deliver you a Newsletter on Investment opportunities in regions on a continent that hardly gets a mention where the opportunities to accumulate serious wealth awaits the Smart Investor, personal points of views and perspectives, local and global articles on subjects that affect you and the rest of the world and inspirational pieces by our prolific columnists and writers. We also aim to provide a platform for networking amongst members at our events and through the usage of the Forum on our website...

The words "we", "us","our" and "RBC" as used in these Ts & Cs mean this company.
2. Am I Eligible to be an RBC member?
To become a member you must comply with all of the following:
2.1) You must be 25 years or older
2.2) You must like Beautiful Girls.
2.3) You must have a legal profession.
2.4) You must be deemed worthy of being an RBC member by us
2.5) You must fit in with the RBC lifestyle
3. Signing Up For Membership
Individuals wanting to become members of RBC would need to visit our website
www.richboysclub.co.uk/membership to sign up.
Once the online membership form has been completed in full and payment for the level of membership you want is paid for, you shall be
granted temporary access to the website for a time period of between 1minute and 24hrs whilst we vet your application form and make
all the necessary checks and a decision on whether you are suitable to be a
member of our club or not. This may result in us having to further contact you to
acquire further information or arrange an interview before a decision is made as to your suitability for membership.
If your membership is agreed, you would receive a Welcome email with your log
in and password details and a membership number. Another email would be sent to you in due course to upload a picture of yourself within a
maximum period of 90days.
Your picture is needed strictly to put a face to all our members and for
Identification purposes when you attend any of our events and would not be on
display in any section of our site unless prior agreements have been made
between us either verbally, over the phone or by email. As we are an exclusive
members only club we'd like to keep it like that and keep non members out.
Towards the end of members memberships, members shall receive a reminding
email to remind them to renew their memberships and might receive a
follow up phonecall...

GOLD MEMBERSHIP PACKAGE
1. 6 Months Membership
2. Attend 6 End-Of-Month Parties FREE
3. Get a Membership Card
4. Full access to all areas of our website
5. Can invite a maximum of 2 Paying guests to our End-Of-Month Parties at £55 each
6. Receive Invites to all our Exclusive Events throughout the year.
7. Free Entry to 1 End-Of-Month Party in 2010
SILVER MEMBERSHIP PACKAGE
1. 3 Months Membership
2. Attend 3 End-Of-Month Parties FREE
3. Membership Card
4. Full access to all areas of our website
5. Can invite a maximum of 1 Paying guest to our End-Of-Month Parties at £60 each
Do Note
. Membership acceptance or Declination shall be within 30days from receipt of payment for a Silver, Gold or Platinum Membership.
. Membership starts at the beginning of every new month and will run till the expiry date on the RBC Membership Card.
. We shall endeavour that you recieve your Membership card before the beginning of the new month.
. As a Member if you invite a Guest or Guests to attend with you our End Of Month Parties guests will have to be walked in to the party by you the member and their conduct at the party or event is your responsibility throughout their stay at our event or party.
. If your membership is declined, your initial payment shall be refunded in full to the same account it came from after we send out a declination email to you.
. If your application to be a member is declined for whatever reasons deemed by us, you can APPEAL in an email sent to members@richboysclub.co.uk stating the reasons why you think your membership should be granted.
. Membership renewal is not automatic and we reserve the right to reject a membership renewal at our disgression.
4) Events.
4.1) All our events our subject to a fee, payable via our website using a merchant, such as Pay Pal/ world pay or any other merchant deemed
safe and secure to handle our clients payments.
4.2) Members can sponsor a Miss RBC contestant, a PG or RBC Model to attend an event with them if she has ndicated that she is interested in attending the event
and also subject to her availability to attend..
4.4) The word " SPONSOR" in 4.2 above means you can pay for a Miss RBC contestant, a PG or RBC Model to attend an event with you but the Miss RBC contestant,
PG or RBC Model are under no obligation to socialise with you through the event though they will be informed and introduced to you the SPONSOR before the commencing of the event by us.
4.5) Any Event which members are invited to attend would be subject to attendance on a first come first serve basis dependant on ones prompt payment to attend the Event..
5) CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
5.1) If payment has already been made to attend an event, cancellation is possible at any point in time though we would appreciate enough notice so we could offer the place to another member.
5.2) Refunds of Event fees that have been made are only possible if there is another paying member available to buy the ticket and also subject to a deduction of any administration fees incurred.
5.3) Refunds shall only be paid into the account where the initial payment was generated from.
5.4) Refunds are also subject to us receiving any items or tickets affiliated with the event on time otherwise the fee might have to be forfeited. Reciept of any items to do with an event where a refund
is possible in time is sole responsibility of the member.
6) Do's & Don't's
6.1) Just because you sponsor a Miss RBC contestant, a PG or RBC Model to an event does not give you the right to grope, or sexually harass any sponsored Miss RBC contestant, PG or RBC Model
and any such action can and would be reported to the rightful authorities.
6.2) A sponsored girl/ girls can talk or socailise with other RBC members who have attended the event irrespective of who sponsored her to the event.
6.3) Members would receive a limited number of emails from us on upcoming and happening events
6.4) Members email addresses shall not be passed on to any third parties without the express permission of members.
6.5) Members personal information regarded as sensitive by the law shall not at any point be displayed anywhere on the site (eg date of birth, telephone number, email, address etc).
6.6) Members should behave in a gentlemanly fashion when they are at our Parties ort Events.
7) Photos/Videos.
7.1) Rbc reserves the right to display any pictures or video recordings taken by our photographer or videographer at our parties or even of members with or without PSEs or PGs in attendance
with no prior consultation or permission from members on any part of the RBC website deemedappropriate by us.
7.2) Access to pictures or videos in our archives in the picture or video section o our site will only be accessible by members of RBC only.
The rules that apply to your uploaded photograph(s) are as follow:
. The photos must be of you and taken on or after 1st of Jan 2007.
. You must ensure that the pictures uploaded to us carry a minimum resolution of 1536 x2048
pixels (approx. 3 mega pixels) .
. Photos uploaded or sent in should not contain any exhibition of nipples or genitals.
. Please note we cannot accept images taken using a mobile phone camera that has a
resolution less than 2megapixels.
8. Legal Matters
Please read this section - it contains important rules about ownership of your
photograph and your other rights.
8.1 ) You agree that we can use any photographs, film and video footage and voice recordings that we take/make at any of our events or parties of you without restriction throughout the world. We may use
these photographs in our own media products (such as www.richboysclub.co.uk) and in other media products not owned or run by RBC.
8.2) You agree that to the extent allowed by law, neither RBC nor any of its group companies, agents, directors or employees shall have any liability to you for any reason arising out of or connected in any way with you being a member of RBC .
9. Links from and to the Site
You acknowledge and agree that we have no responsibility for the information provided by Web sites to which you may link from this Site ("Linked Sites"). Links to Linked Sites do not constitute an endorsement by or association with us of such sites or the content, products, advertising or other materials presented on such sites. We have no control over these Linked Sites and do not edit or monitor them. You acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage, loss or cost caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on such Linked Sites
10. Indemnity
You will indemnify us against any loss, damage or cost incurred by us arising out of your use of the Site, any of its services or any information accessible over or through the Site, including information obtained from linked sites, your submission or transmission of information or material on or through the Site or your violation of these Terms & Conditions or any other laws, regulations and rules. You will also indemnify against any claims that information or material which you have submitted to us is in violation of any law or in breach of any third party rights (including, but not limited to, claims in respect of defamation, invasion of privacy, breach of confidence, infringement of copyright or infringement of any other intellectual property right). We reserve the right to exclusively defend and control any claims arising from the above and any such indemnification matters and that you will fully cooperate with us in any such defenses.
11. Membership Disqualifications, Restriction, Suspension and Termination
We may restrict, suspend or terminate your Membership or access to the Site and/or your ability to avail of any of the services on the Site, including interactive services, if we believe that you have breached these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any such restriction, suspension or termination will be without prejudice to any rights which we may have against you in respect of your breach of these Terms & Conditions. We may also remove the Site as a whole or any sections or features of the Site at any time. Please note that we have the ability to trace your IP address and if necessary contact your ISP in the event of a suspected breach of these Terms & Conditions.
We reserve the rights to terminate your membership in the following instances without prior notification
11.1) If you get into a fight with another member of RBC.
11.2) If you are reported as harassing any of the girls participating in the Miss RBC competition, be it
at one of our exclusive parties or specially organized events.
11.3) If you are reported to be harassing any of our girls labeled as a PG( Promiscuous Girl)
11.4) Attempts to Grope or sexually violate any members or girls participating in the Miss RBC
competition or Girls labeled as a PG
11.5) Indulging in any activity that enters into the public domain which could be bad publicity for RBC
and other members
11.6) Found in possession of illegal substances with intent to supply.
11.7) Any misconduct by a member that is not in the companies interests.
12. NO LIABILITY
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW WE, OUR OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS AND ASSIGNS, HEREBY DISCLAIM ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY LOSS, COST OR DAMAGE (DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL ,OR OTHERWISE) SUFFERED BY YOU AS A RESULT OF YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR FROM ANY COMPUTER VIRUS TRANSMITTED THROUGH THE SITE, OR OTHER SITES ACCESSED FROM THIS SITE, WHETHER SUCH LOSS, COST OR DAMAGE ARISES FROM OUR NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE AND EVEN IF WE ARE EXPRESSLY INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH LOSS OR DAMAGE. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, COSTS, LOSSES AND CAUSES OF ACTION IN THE AGGREGATE (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO NEGLIGENCE, OR OTHERWISE) ARISING FROM THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, INCLUDING OUR PRIVACY POLICY, OR USE OF THE SITE EXCEED, IN THE AGGREGATE, £50.00 (UK).
13. Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions, including our Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and us in relation to its subject matter and supersedes any and all prior promises, representations, agreements, statements and understandings whatsoever between us. To the extent that software is available through the Site, such software may be subject to a license agreement that is distributed or included with such software and you agree to abide by the terms and conditions of any such license agreements. The failure by us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms & Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of the Terms & Conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be unenforceable or invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavour to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of the Terms & Conditions shall remain in full force and effect.
